Alongside six clinical sessions, the post can include one additional protected Clinical Innovation session that can be tailored to the successful candidate's interests and the strategic priorities of the practice. This may include quality improvement, education, digital health, AI, service redesign, leadership, research or other areas of professional development.
We welcome applications from GPs at all stages of their careers, whether you are looking for a high-quality salaried GP role or are interested in innovation alongside your clinical work; for those wishing to do so, the protected additional session provides an opportunity to work on projects that improve patient care and support the aspirations of the practice. The focus of this session can be adapted to reflect individual expertise.
The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
Competitive incremental salary
(£11,592- £12,500 per session, depending on experience)

We provide care for approximately 14,500
socially and culturally diverse patients from a large, modern Primary Care
Health Centre. Our multidisciplinary team includes GPs, GP trainees,
pharmacists, nurses, paramedics, physiotherapists, Healthcare Assistants, GP
Assistants, Social Prescriber and Care Coordinators.
We believe careers should be rewarding and sustainable. We actively support our
GPs to develop specialist interests, leadership roles and portfolio careers
while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.
Our clinicians have developed expertise across a wide range of specialties
including dermatology, minor surgery, paediatrics and head and neck surgery.

excellent opportunities for mentorship, collaboration and professional
development. The practice has received national recognition for innovation and
its positive impact on patient outcomes.
