Provide safe, effective, and holistic patient care in line with current clinical guidelines.Manage patients including acute and chronic conditions. Undertake home visits and urgent care as required. Work collaboratively with other practice staff, including nurses, HCAs, and administrative staff. Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and service development. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation. Participate in team meetings and practice activities
We are a total triage practice using the Accurx.Provide safe, effective, and holistic patient care in line with current clinical guidelines
Manage patients including acute and chronic conditions
Undertake home visits and urgent care as required
Work collaboratively with other practice staff, including nurses, HCAs, and administrative staff
Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and service development
Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation
Participate in team meetings, MDT and practice activities
3 partners, 3 salaried GP's, 3 Practice Nurses, 1ANP ,3 HCAs , Paramedics, ANPs, Physiotherapist and Pharmacists & Admin Staff
GP Registrar & F2 training practice

Qualifications
Essential
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good written presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong IT skills
- Clear, polite telephone manner
- Competent in the use of Office and Outlook
- EMIS Web skills
- Effective time management planning and organising
- Ability to work as a team member and autonomously
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to follow clinical policy and procedure
- Experience with audit and able to lead audit programmes
- Experience with clinical risk management
Desirable
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS England Performers List; with evidence of up-to-date clinical practice and commitment to high standards of patient care.
