An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Trusts Access Team to appoint part time RTT Pathway and Administrative Support Coordinator You will work...

To provide comprehensive administrative and pathway support to the Elective Access and Performance Team, assisting with the management of Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathways, data quality processes, reporting requirements, and Trust-wide RTT recovery initiatives.

The post holder will support the production and maintenance of RTT reports, meeting documentation, action plans, and validation activities to ensure accurate and timely RTT data. They will work closely with operational teams, secretarial staff, waiting list teams, and service managers to support the delivery of RTT standards and elective recovery objectives.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

Experience

Essential

  • Experience of providing administrative support in a healthcare environment or knowledge of non-routine processes acquired through experience, equivalent to level 3 qualification.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of NHS performance standards and elective access processes.
  • Experience working with RTT pathways, waiting lists or patient administration systems.

Skills

Essential

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to produce reports and maintain spreadsheets.
