- Plan, coordinate and maintain GP, pharmacist and room rotas
- Monitor staffing levels and identify potential rota gaps
- Create, amend and maintain appointment templates withing Systmone.
- As a training practice plan for GP trainees and students and work with their GP mentors regarding rotas.
- Act as a key point of contact for rota related queries
- Support workforce planning and service capacity management
- Administrative duties

Qualifications
Essential
- Good standard of education including GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
- Previous experience in rota coordination or workforce scheduling
- Experience working in healthcare environment
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of appointment scheduling and capacity planning
- Ability to work under pressure strong IT skills
Desirable
- Experience of working in General Practice
- Knowledge of sessional working arrangements
- Experience of workforce planning and service capacity management
- Understanding of NHS General practice operations and workforce requirements.
