- As a Retail team member, you will be expected to have exceptional customer service and the ability to serve our guests in a friendly, approachable manner.

Qualifications
Essential
- Level 2 food hygiene certificate or willing to undertake.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, or equivalent experience (to include Maths and English)
Desirable
- Good knowledge of Food safety
- Experience with Food Allergies, special diets and labelling
Experience

- Experience in a similar position where there are peaks and troughs in demand during service times
Skills & Knowledge
Essential
- A good communicator, able to converse easily
- Excellent Customer Care Skills
- Professional approach, being aware of the diversity of customers served
- Must be able to work without constant supervision and meet deadlines
- Good Interpersonal Skills
