You will act as first point of contact for all patients to arrange/re-arrange/cancel appointments. You will also act as administrative support for the Respiratory and Sleep Team developing, monitoring and auditing systems to aid IQIPS with the accreditation team.
Managing clinical appointments for the respiratory team including taking phone calls, booking appointments, liaising with teams such as organising hospital transport.
You will also re responsible for reporting clinical performance such as DNA rate, RTT and DM01.

Qualifications
Essential
- Good standard of secondary education equivalent to 5 GCSEs
- NVQ Level 2 in appropriate subject or relevant business administration experience in a healthcare or client facing role
Knowledge & Skills
Essential
- Experience of working in a team
- Relevant experience preferably in a healthcare setting
- Ability to use Word, Email and Hospital IT systems
- Handling case notes and deliveries
- Standard key board skills, call handling and speaking with patients/customers
