The aim of the team is to provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients in the Mid Essex community with long term Respiratory conditions.

The purpose of the role is tosupport the Respiratory team to ensure that effective, sympathetic and individualised pathways of patient care.

The successful candidate will be involved in completing Spirometry , Pulmonary rehabilitation, Oxygen assessments and assisting with the virtual respiratory ward.

Qualifications and Education

Essential

  • Nurse Associate or previous demonstrable experience
  • Basic Computer Skills

Desirable

  • Computer literacy
  • Community experience
  • ARTP Performing Certification

Work related knowledge and experience

Essential

  • Understanding of confidentiality and implications of non-compliance.
  • Knowledge of health and safety issues in own work environment.

Desirable

  • Previous experience of lone working
  • Experience of spirometry

CIRCUMSTANCES

Essential

  • Full Driving License
  • Car Driver and access to a car

  • Literate and numerate.
