We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who can provide outstanding support throughout the recruitment process. The successful candidate will bring:
- Previous administrative experience with significant use of IT systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
- The ability to handle confidential information professionally and sensitively.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- The ability to work accurately and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of the legislative framework surrounding recruitment.
