- Manage the recruitment process for recruitment via TRAC, our recruitment applicant Tracking System
- Provide excellent customer service to our hiring managers by assisting them with their recruitment questions and queries within the division that you are working for
- Work towards reducing our time to hire to help ease our staffing needs
- Work as part of a team to deliver an excellent recruitment service to the organisation #OneTeamOneOUH
- Working via TRAC and other third party platforms to ensure vacancies are moved through the recruitment life-cycle in a timely manner
- Respond to email queries from stakeholders in a professional and timely manner in line with our SLAs
- Answering the phone and dealing with phone queries
- Virtual and in-person meetings with stakeholders as required
- Sending out conditional offers of employment
- Make Certificate of sponsorship applications
- Process candidates onboarding checks in line with the NHS Checks Standards
- Supporting with Talent Attraction campaigns and recruitment projects as required

Eligibility
Essential: - Educated to GCSE or equivalent.; - Administration experience in a customer-facing role.; - Knowledge or use of TRAC and ESR; - Microsoft Office skills
Desirable
- Certificate in Personnel Practice/CIPD.
- Previous experience of working in a recruitment office, dealing with high volume recruitment.
- Previous experience of providing advice on HR policies.
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting.
