As a Residential Care Manager, your primary focus will be to oversee a group of Care Supervisors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality personal care to residents. Your focus as a Residential Care Manager will be to manage the group of Care Supervisors within the home ensuring thata high-quality delivery of personal care is delivered to our residents. You will be an advocate for all residents,maintainingthe best interest in all areas of the resident's wellbeing.
Other responsibilitieswillinclude
- Co-ordinating theresident assessmentprocess, ensuringthatthe planned careisaccurate and reflected in each individual care plan.
- Supporting,guiding,anddevelopingtheirteammembers.
- Managing the process of ensuring that all equipment is stored in line with the manufacturer'sinstructionsand is cleanedandstored appropriatelyafteruse.
- Ensuringcompliance with theSafe Medication Management programme, with robust auditing procedures.
- UndertakingQualityCareSpotChecksreportingonthe qualityofcareprovidedbyCareSupervisors, CarersandSeniorCarers withintheir team.

Our ideal candidatemusthave
- NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent.
- A Minimum of two years' experience in long-termcareor similarindustry.
- Comprehensiveunderstanding ofCQCFundamentalStandards.
- Experience in leading a team in a similar care environment.

Qualifications
Essential
- NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent. A minimum of two years' experience in long-term care or a similar industry. Comprehensive understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards. Experience in leading a team in a similar care environment.
