We are looking for a kind, patient and compassionate Relief Care Assistant to join our team at Otto Schiff in Golders Green. This is a rewarding opportunity to work flexibly while making a genuine difference to residents living with dementia. You will build meaningful relationships and provide the practical and emotional support people need each day, including personal care, daily routines, mealtimes, activities and companionship. You will promote independence, choice and dignity while helping residents feel safe, respected and valued. No previous care experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided. Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our Care team.

As a Care Assistant, youll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. Youll get to know each resident as an individualwhat matters to them, what makes them smileand tailor your support to help them live well.
No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.

Working pattern
12-hour shifts (8am8pm), including some weekends
