We are looking for a kind, patient and compassionate Relief Care Assistant to join our team at Rosetrees in Friern Barnet. This is a rewarding opportunity to work flexibly while making a genuine difference to residents everyday lives. You will build meaningful relationships and provide the practical and emotional support people need, including personal care, daily routines, mealtimes, activities and companionship. You will promote independence, choice and dignity and work closely with colleagues and families to create a warm and supportive environment. No previous care experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided. Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our Care team.

As a Care Assistant, youll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. Youll get to know each resident as an individualwhat matters to them, what makes them smileand tailor your support to help them live well.

No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.

What youll be doing Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines Providing companionship and emotional support Encouraging independence, choice, and dignity Assisting with meals, activities, and wellbeing Working as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding care Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Working pattern 12-hour shifts (8am8pm), including some weekends
