The home supports around 60 residents across multiple units, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment with well-equipped living spaces, dining areas, and gardens. With a strong focus on dignity, person-centred care, and community, St Luke’s is supported by a dedicated team committed to delivering compassionate and responsive care to all residents.Hours: 30Working pattern will be based on a 4 week rolling rota; you must be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. Your Contributions:We are currently seeking qualified Nurses with experience in a care home or clinical setting, providing high-quality care and support to elderly service users. In this key role, you will contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care across the home, ensuring clinical standards are consistently met.
