In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, safe, and compassionate care to patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with best practice
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring dignity, respect, and person-centred care
- Support and supervise Healthcare Support Workers and student nurses
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement, audit, and service development initiatives
- Contribute to maintaining a positive learning and working environment
- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
- Compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering high standards of care
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to your own professional development

Essential: - Willingness to develop within role; - Experience of caring for sick patients in a variety of settings - this could be as a student

- Good basic level of English language demonstrated through effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and use initiative
- Ability to develop own clinical skills and a willingness to participate in continuing professional development
- Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft packages)
- Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Able to manage difficult situations
- Recognition of own limits
- Flexible working practices for 24 hour service
Desirable: - Awareness of audit & research
Qualifications and Training
Essential: - Current NMC Registration or in process of getting NMC registration
