Ramsey is a 15-bed specialist inpatient assessment unit, supporting older adults living with cognitive impairment and organic illness. We provide holistic, person-centred assessment and care in an environment where service users, carers and staff are valued.Working as an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships, support physical and mental wellbeing, contribute to care planning and risk management, and help service users maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.

We are passionate about staff development, supervision and lifelong learning, and you will be supported to continue developing your knowledge, confidence and clinical skills within your Nursing Associate role.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Registered Nursing Associate with current NMC registration
  • Evidence of CPD, revalidation and mandatory training
  • Willingness to undertake relevant clinical training, including violence reduction and ANTT

Knowledge

Essential

  • Understanding of the NMC Code and professional accountability
  • Knowledge of mental and physical health needs
  • Understanding of care planning, risk assessment and risk management

Experience

Essential

  • Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience of building therapeutic relationships with service users
  • Experience of care planning and reviewing patient needs
