We're recruiting a Service Manager to lead a well-established Care at Home service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support across the community. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Service Manager, Registered Manager, Branch Manager, or Deputy Manager currently working within a homecare or domiciliary care setting and looking to advance their career. Day-to-day of the role:

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring compliance, quality, and exceptional outcomes for the people we support.Lead and develop a team of care professionals.Ensure compliance with Health and Social Care Standards and regulatory requirements.Oversee personalised, outcome-focused care plans.Manage quality assurance processes, audits, and service improvements.Build effective relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.Manage budgets and resources to ensure a sustainable, high-performing service.Support recruitment, performance management, and staff development. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Essential: SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).Significant leadership experience within a Care at Home, Homecare, or Domiciliary Care service.Strong knowledge of care regulations and quality standards.Excellent people management and communication skills.Full UK Driving Licence.PVG Membership or willingness to obtain. Desirable: Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Service Manager, or Branch Manager.Budget management experience.Qualification in Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
