Registered Manager to establish and lead our new Homecare service in Liverpool. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new service from the very beginning. You'll lead our CQC registration process, build a high-performing team, develop local partnerships, and shape a service that delivers outstanding, person-centred care across Liverpool and the surrounding areas. Supporting children, young people, adults, and older people with a range of needs including mental health, learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the service is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led from day one. What you'll be doing Leading the CQC Registered Manager application and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements Building and developing a new Homecare service across Liverpool Recruiting, leading and inspiring a skilled and compassionate workforce Developing relationships with local authorities, commissioners, NHS partners and referral sources Driving quality, safeguarding, governance and continuous improvement Managing service growth responsibly whilst maintaining exceptional standards of care Creating positive outcomes for the people we support and their families What we're looking for Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent Minimum 2 years' management experience within a CQC-regulated service Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and quality assurance Homecare experience and understanding of regulated Personal Care Experience leading teams, managing performance and developing services Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Passion for delivering outstanding care and developing people We'd love to hear from candidates who have:
