Registered Manager Location: Bradford Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Hours: 40 hours per week Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Attained or Working towards QCF Level 5 Diploma.DSL trainingLevel 3 Diploma in Health and Social care, or equivalentQCF assessor qualification is advantageous but not essentialFirst Aid.Considerable management experience relevant to the residential care of clients within a CQC homeExcellent skills in the supervision and management of staffProven experience of leading and managing a team and the development of good practice in a care/learning support context. The main purpose of the role: As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service, ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation. You will provide leadership of a CQC Registered service, and oversee a small adult care service supporting approximately 30 clients, all based within the local community. Key duties: This is a hands-on management position, ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong operational leadership with direct involvement in the lives of the people we support.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the service delivers high-quality, person-centred care, while maintaining strong compliance, safeguarding standards and effective team performance. The role will involve a balance of office-based management and visiting clients within the community, so the ability to work confidently in both environments is essential. Duties will vary, you must expect to diversify and lend a hand wherever is required. School Staffing Solutions is acting as an employment business for this position.
