Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities Location: St Austell, Cornwall Salary: £35,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role Educare Recruitment are working with a brand-new care service in St Austell, supporting individuals with learning disabilities. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of the service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in building and developing a service from the ground up, creating a high-quality, person-centred environment for the people who live there. Key Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the serviceEnsure the service provides safe, high-quality and person-centred supportLead, motivate and develop a strong care and support teamRecruit and develop staff in line with the needs of the serviceEnsure the home operates in line with CQC regulations and relevant legislationMaintain high standards of care, safeguarding and complianceWork closely with families, healthcare professionals and other external agenciesMonitor and continually improve the quality of the serviceSupport the development of a positive, inclusive and supportive home environment About You We are looking for someone who:

Has previous management experience within health and social careHas experience supporting individuals with learning disabilitiesHas a strong understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory standardsHas excellent leadership, communication and organisational skillsIs passionate about delivering person-centred careCan recruit, motivate and develop a dedicated staff teamIs confident working independently and taking responsibility for a serviceIs either an experienced Registered Manager or ready to take the next step into a Registered Manager position What We Offer
