Registered Manager Warrington £50,000 to £60,000 per annum Full-time, permanent | 40 hours per week | On-call rota Sponsorship is not available for this position. You must already have the right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship. 1Four1 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a growing care provider for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new flagship children's home in Warrington. The service will support children with complex needs and profound learning disabilities within a trauma-informed care setting. You will have the autonomy to shape the home, its team and its culture, backed by a supportive operational team. The role You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance. Your focus will be on building a stable team and creating an environment where children receive consistent support and achieve positive outcomes. What you'll be doing
Lead the home in line with its Statement of Purpose and the provider's care approach.Manage daily operations and maintain consistently high standards of care.Build a strong safeguarding culture across the service.Lead, supervise and develop the staff team through regular supervision, appraisal and training.Maintain compliance with Ofsted requirements, the Children's Homes Regulations and relevant legislation.Develop effective relationships with children, families, staff and external professionals. What we're looking for
Level 5 Diploma in Children and Young People – Residential Childcare.At least two years' experience managing a children's service.Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements and children's social care legislation.A track record of leading, developing and motivating staff.A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.Availability to participate in the on-call rota. Useful but not essential
Experience of Ofsted inspections resulting in Good or Outstanding judgements.Experience supporting children with complex needs or profound learning disabilities.Experience working within therapeutic or trauma-informed care models. What you'll get
