  • Providing administrative support to Recruitment and HR teams.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries via telephone, email and in person.
  • Maintaining accurate employee and recruitment records.
  • Supporting recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
  • Assisting with correspondence, meetings and documentation.
  • Managing and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.

We're looking for an organised and motivated individual who enjoys working with people and providing high-quality administrative support.

You will have

  • Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Confidence in handling enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face.
  • A positive and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Essential

  • NVQ 3 or equivalent

Desirable

  • NVQ 2 in administration or Customer Service
  • ECDL

Experience

Essential

  • Experience of working in an administrative role
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office Word; Excel
  • Experience of working in a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills so as to be able to deal with callers over the phone and in person in a professional and courteous manner

Desirable

  • Experience of NHS systems e.g. ESR / NHS /Intrepid
  • Previous experience of working within NHS
  • Recruitment experience preferably within a Human Resources of Medical Workforce environment
