- Providing administrative support to Recruitment and HR teams.
- Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries via telephone, email and in person.
- Maintaining accurate employee and recruitment records.
- Supporting recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
- Assisting with correspondence, meetings and documentation.
- Managing and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
We're looking for an organised and motivated individual who enjoys working with people and providing high-quality administrative support.
You will have
- Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
- Confidence in handling enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face.
- A positive and customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications
Essential
- NVQ 3 or equivalent
Desirable
- NVQ 2 in administration or Customer Service
- ECDL
Experience
Essential
- Experience of working in an administrative role
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office Word; Excel
- Experience of working in a changing, fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills so as to be able to deal with callers over the phone and in person in a professional and courteous manner
Desirable
- Experience of NHS systems e.g. ESR / NHS /Intrepid
- Previous experience of working within NHS
- Recruitment experience preferably within a Human Resources of Medical Workforce environment
