We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our busy recruitment team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment journey for candidates in compliance with Ofsted and CQC Regulations.

Location: Head Office – Somercotes Job Type: Full-Time Salary: £27,040 Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday; 9am – 5pm What We Offer:

Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment role.Experience within CQC or Ofsted-regulated recruitment is desirable, but not essential.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the recruitment process from advert to appointment.Positing job adverts and managing candidate applications.Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Maintaining accurate records on recruitment trackers and systems.Preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation in line with safer recruitment standards.Acting as a point of contact for recruitment-related queries.Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
