Providing a high quality efficient reception service and acting as a first point of contact.You'll provide a warm welcome to patients, visitors, staff, contractors and anyone else who visits the site and answer any queries.You'll answer the phone and deal with any queries people haveBeing proactive and working with a range of teams to deal with and resolve any issues you are faced with.Carrying out a range of clerical and administrative tasks, for the reception itself, as well as other teams.Issuing and controlling access to keys and fobs.You will come into contact with patients and need to be conscious of your safety as well as mindful of their needs. In addition you may be present during difficult situations

- Computer skills including Microsoft software
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritise and process information according to urgency
- Must be able to meet the mobility requirements of the post

- General education at GCSE level
