As a key member of the outpatient team, you will work on the front reception desk, providing a welcoming, professional, and compassionate service to patients and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include managing patient information on the hospital Patient Administration System (Millennium), booking and coordinating appointments, handling telephone enquiries from patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals, arranging patient transport, and undertaking a range of administrative duties to support the smooth running of the service.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a busy environment. Flexibility is important, as you will be expected to provide cover for reception colleagues during periods of annual leave and unexpected absence.
Please see the job description for more details.
