As a receptionist, you will provide professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home and offer various administrative services. Responsibilities include answering telephones, responding to enquiries, completing administration, maintaining databases, and liaising with Housekeeping to maintain standards.

Your focus as a receptionist will be to offer professional, high quality customer service as first point of contact within the home as well as providing a range of administrative services.
Other responsibilitieswillinclude
- Answering the telephone and responding to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff and recording messages accordingly.
- Completingreception-related administration,maintainingdatabases,and providing administrativeassistanceas required by the General Manager.
- Maintainingthe general tidiness of the reception area, liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards aremaintained.

- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Be confident in using computers.
- Have a positive,friendly,and welcoming attitude.
