Reasonable Adjustments Lead (Band 6) We are looking for a passionate and organised Reasonable Adjustments Lead to join our People & OD team at Lancash...
- Lead the Trust's reasonable adjustments and Access to Work processes.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees working closely with Diversity & Inclusion and HR colleagues.
- Coordinate equipment requests, funding claims and reporting.
- Deliver training, engagement activities and improvement projects.
- Work with a wide range of stakeholders to promote inclusion and accessibility.
- Use data and insight to improve colleague experience and outcomes.

Qualifications
Essential
- A relevant professional qualification, degree or equivalent experience
- Evidence of personal commitment to ongoing learning and development in a relevant specialism
Knowledge
Essential
- Thorough knowledge of the impact of discrimination on staff and service users' lives
- Knowledge of the principles of effective project management
- Knowledge of how to develop good project communications and engagement plans
- Knowledge and experience of designing/ learning resources e.g. presentation slides
Experience
Essential
- Experience of setting up, implementing, and reporting on internal processes and procedures
- Experience of managing projects and programmes in highly regulated environments and supporting project teams
- Experience of facilitating groups and / or delivering training
- Experience of working on engagement, D&I or leadership initiatives
