- The postholder will assist Radiographers, Consultant Radiologists and other staff working within all sections of the Radiology Department and its spoke facilities (to include Ultrasound, General X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Mammography, CT and MRI) carrying out radiography-related duties, as required
- They will contribute to the provision of high quality patient care for all patients attending the Radiology Department, ensuring seamless delivery of services within the designated work area
- The postholder will carry out assigned tasks involving direct patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Practitioner. To include supporting patients with personal care needs, and providing chaperoning support as required
- They will work within the reception areas and appointments centre, as required, performing patient reception duties, and general administrative & clerical tasks as defined by the Service Manager
- The post requires full participation in the rotational shift system
- The postholder is required to take accountability and responsibility for own actions ,and to work within the CARE values of the Trust
