As a diagnostic radiographer, you will rotate through all areas of the plain imaging radiology remit including, ED, fracture clinic, main x-ray, fluoroscopy, theatres, mobile x-ray, dental imaging and heart and lung outpatients. You will work at both the New Cross and Cannock CDC sites to support our full range of services.

You will provide excellent patient care and a high standard of diagnostic imaging in either an independent capacity or as part of a multi disciplinary team; supporting the patients journey throughout their attendance.

Our service is provided over an extended working day and at weekends and bank holidays. You will be expected to participate in a flexible working pattern.

Experience

Essential

  • Recent experience working in a plain film imaging department - please describe your level of experience.

Desirable

  • Applicant has recent NHS experience (as a qualified staff member or a student)

Qualifications

Essential

  • Relevant qualification in Diagnostic Radiography.
  • HCPC registration (or applying for registration imminently if still a student)
