Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic qualified CBT therapist to join our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) based in East Han...

You will work in education settings and in the community. You will undertake mental health assessments (including risk assessments) and will work within schools using evidenced based CBT interventions. This would be an ideal post for a qualified CBT therapist who is also looking to develop their supervisory and leadership skills in a health and educational context. There are also exciting progression opportunities within the trust.

You will work directly with children and young people of primary and secondary school age, and in some cases their parents and carers. You will support MHST work to develop and deliver whole school approaches for emotional wellbeing and mental health.

You will receive regular supervision and will be supported with ongoing training and CPD opportunities.

We believe that using technology wisely shows strong time management and commitment to innovation. However, personalising your recruitment application to highlight your unique skills and experiences is crucial. Relying too heavily on generic, AI-generated content instead of drawing from your own strengths and accomplishments may lead to your application being rejected if multiple candidates present identical or similar information.

Further information about the Trust and this role can be found on the Job Description and Person Specification document attached. It is important to us that we ensure our recruitment processes are accessible and inclusive to everyone - if as a potential candidate you are concerned a person specification may prevent or restrict your application for employment as a result of unintentional barriers on the grounds of your sex, race, age, sexual orientation, religion/belief or disability please initially contact the Trust's Recruitment team - detailed in the advert. The Trust will seek to resolve this issue wherever possible.

We are happy to talk Flexible Working - all requests for flexible working options can be discussed as part of the interview process.
