Project Officer - Supported Living

Supported Living Project Officer Needed ASAP Your new roleAs a Project Officer at Your Housing Group, you'll provide day-to-day housing support and key worker guidance for residents at Tiernan Lodge in Wigan. You'll deliver 1-2-1 sessions, group work, life-skills coaching and independent-living support, while maintaining a safe and well-managed environment. This is a full-time position on a 12-week rolling rota, including weekends and bank holidays, covering 8am-4pm and 8am-8pm shifts.What you'll need to succeed

Experience supporting vulnerable adults in housing, supported living, homelessness, or community-based servicesStrong communication skills and the ability to deliver structured support plansConfidence working independently and as part of a rota-based teamAbility to manage safeguarding concerns, boundaries and professional relationshipsA commitment to promoting independence and positive outcomesEnhanced DBS Check with Adult Barred List on Update Service (essential to be considered for the role) What you'll get in return
