Supported Living Project Officer Needed ASAP Your new roleAs a Project Officer at Your Housing Group, you'll provide day-to-day housing support and key worker guidance for residents at Tiernan Lodge in Wigan. You'll deliver 1‑2‑1 sessions, group work, life‑skills coaching and independent‑living support, while maintaining a safe and well‑managed environment.
