Job description
My Local Authority client in London is looking to appoint a talented Programme Manager for Supported Living / Care at Home Commissioning on a Contract basis.
The role will work as the Subject Matter Expert to procure and commission a complex home care / care at home service.
Based in London (Hybrid)
Lead on the programme of procurement and commissioning of the Council's home care / supported living services.Support, direct and lead the full commissioning / procurement cycle, from tender evaluation through to mobilisation and QA.Lead commissioning programmes of work that rely on a system-approach and joint commissioning to design and deliver shared pathways in response to local need.Work collaboratively with internal senior leaders, local providers and residents to commission an effective, efficient and best value service. About you:You will have the following experiences:
Significant experience in commissioning and procurement of Adult Social Care, particularly home care / supported living services.Strong, robust and resilient programme management fundamentals.Ability to engage with and navigate senior stakeholders, including Elected Members.Demonstrable experience of meaningful partnership working, including Local Authorities, the Health Service and the VCS.
