Practice Nurse

As a Practice Nurse at Operose Health, your core responsibilities will encompass assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, maintaining compliance, and working collaboratively with the general practice team. You will cater to patient needs by offering treatment, managing chronic diseases, and evaluating care.
