Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, proactive nurse to join our team ! We have 2 sites so must be able to access both.
We are looking for an experienced Nurse to join our team long term. We are a forward-thinking practice with around 7000 patients across our 2 sites in the Totley (S17) and Woodseats (S8) areas.
The applicant must be able to undertake
Smears
Childhood vaccinations
Travel Vaccinations
Wound dressings
RSV vaccinations
Desirable
Asthma reviews
Diabtetic Reviews
We pride ourselves on delivering high quality clinical care with a varied clinical team which consists of 4 GPs, 1 Physician Associate, a Practice Nurse, 2 Health Care Assistants plus a pharmacy team that includes 2 pharmacists and 1 Pharmacy Technician all supported by our Administration team.
Qualifications
Essential
- UK Registered nurse with NMC
Desirable
- Experience working in General Practice setting
- Demonstrate an understanding of audit; Cervical Cytology; Child and Adult immunisations; Care of Long Term Conditions (LTCs); Experienced in Wound care.
