The main duties of the role is to:
- Provide Strategic Leadership
- Work with the Partners to provide successful Financial Management
- Supporting & Dealing with Practice Income
- Supporting with Workforce Planning
- Supporting with Operational Management
- Dealing with external Stakeholders
- Dealing with Premises & Facilities Management

- List size of 12,000 patients
- Rated Good by CQC
- High QoF achievement
- GP Training Practice
- Medical student teaching practice
Experience
Essential
- Management qualification or evidence of substantial management experience
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Senior management experience
- Financial management and budget setting
- Staff leadership and workforce management
- Business planning and service development
- Performance management
- Change management
- NHS or healthcare sector experience
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Strategic thinking and leadership
- Financial analysis and budget management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- HR and people management skills
- Data analysis and reporting capability
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Desirable
- General practice management experience
- Primary care contracting knowledge
- CQC inspection preparation
- PCN leadership experience
- NHS finance and pension administration
- Finance qualification or equivalent experience
