You will need to demonstrate a flexibilty to shift patterns as the roles will also need to cover nights, weekends and Bank Holidays when necessary.
You will assist the Portering Manger in the efficient and effective management of Portering Services.

Experience
Essential
- Previous Supervisory Experience
- Experience of prioritising and coordinating daily tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Experience of Supporting a positive team culture by encouraging professionalism, teamwork, and a proactive mindset
Desirable
- Experience of working in a hospital
- Experience of training and developing staff
Skills
Essential
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Flexible and Able to adapt to workload
- Ability to communicate with general public and staff at all levels
Knowledge
Essential
- Knowledge of Health & Safety
Desirable
- Knowledge of Portering
