The role of Pharmacist Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for customers. Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding their healthcare needs.Manage and lead the pharmacy team, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.Oversee stock management to maintain the availability of essential medicines and products.Monitor and improve pharmacy performance, meeting key performance indicators.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements.Deliver a high standard of customer service and build strong relationships with the community.Support professional development and training within the team. Profile A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:
