As the

business lead for the People Partnering team, you will be responsible for:

-

Leading

the operational management and business infrastructure of the People Partnering

service.

-

Managing

workforce governance, assurance and performance reporting processes.

-

Delivering

complex workforce projects and organisational change programmes.

-

Producing

insightful workforce intelligence and analytical reports to inform senior

decision-making.

-

Developing

and improving systems, processes and reporting frameworks.

-

Managing

the People Partnering administration function and supporting staff development.

-

Coordinating

workforce compliance, governance and assurance activities.

-

Leading

service improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, effectiveness and user

We are looking

for an experienced and proactive leader with strong project management,

workforce analytics and stakeholder engagement skills, who can drive change,

influence outcomes, deliver strategic workforce priorities and support

continuous improvement across a complex NHS organisation while leading a team.

Experience

Essential

  • Significant experience in a business management, programme management, workforce, HR or organisational development role within a large and complex organisation.
  • Experience leading projects and delivering organisational change initiatives.
  • Experience of performance management, governance and assurance processes.
  • Experience producing reports and presenting information to senior leaders.
  • Experience managing staff and coordinating workloads.
  • Experience delivering service improvement programmes.
  • Experience working across organisational boundaries and managing multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of specialist knowledge in HR, organisation development or a related discipline.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • CIPD Level 5 or willing to work towards
  • I understand that I will be asked to provide original certificates to verify my qualifications at point of offer.

Additional Criteria

Essential

  • I understand the Trust is unable to provide sponsorship to work for this role, and employment on a time limited visa doesnt guarantee sponsorship at point of expiry.
