We are looking for a proactive, organised People and Development Administrator to join our People Services Team at Hollyfield House. This is a varied ...
Day to day, you'll be the person who keeps our recruitment and people processes moving. As part of a small team, you'll guide managers through hiring the right people, keep new starters' paperwork on track so they can join on time, and make sure training and induction sessions run without a hitch.
You'll juggle a mix of admin, problem-solving and communication checking documents carefully, chasing outstanding actions, and answering queries from staff at all levels with patience and professionalism. Strong attention to detail matters here: small errors in paperwork or records can have a big knock-on effect, so accuracy is something you'll take real pride in.
It's a role that suits someone who's organised, likes variety, and enjoys getting the details right because behind every smooth recruitment process or well-run training session is someone doing the groundwork. That someone could be you.
In return, you'll build broad, transferable HR and people skills, gain hands-on experience across the full employee journey, and know that your work directly helps colleagues start well, develop, and feel supported a genuinely good foundation for a career in People Services.
