- Developing our prescribing systems to ensure safe, effective and efficient prescribing within the practice
- Supporting the reception and admin teams with complex medication queries
- Supporting the GP partners on prescribing projects and cost/safety audits and action

East: MK PCN covers a total population of around 58,000 patients, across its 4 practices in Milton Keynes: Ashfield Medical Centre, CMK Medical Centre, Milton Keynes Village Practice and the Grove Surgery.
Our overarching objective is to deliver the highest standard of care. We work collaboratively with colleagues in the NHS, public and community services to make as much of an impact to improving patient access and care. Patient-centred care is a firm belief in our network, and we are looking for energetic and proactive individuals that will enjoy working in a vibrant team.
Qualifications
Essential: - Current registration with the GPhC; - Diploma Level 3 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services
Experience
Essential
- Strong experience in either a community pharmacy or primary care setting
- Confident in analysing and presenting information to health professionals
- Experience of implementing and promoting cost effective strategies
- The ability to interpret complex clinical information and present in suitable formats to a variety of people from professional and non-professional backgrounds
