The role operates autonomously, leading the day-to-day management of patient pathways, overseeing administrative processes, monitoring performance targets, and escalating risks that may impact service delivery. The post holder is responsible for implementing standard operating procedures, supporting service improvements, and contributing to strategic planning. In addition, the role provides direct line management to staff, including workforce planning, rota management, annual leave, sickness absence, recruitment, appraisals, mandatory training, and staff development. This leadership role is essential in maintaining effective service delivery, achieving performance standards, supporting staff well being, and ensuring patients receive timely and safe care throughout their pathway.

Essential: - Staff management or equivalent experience/qualification
Desirable: - Educated to degree or equivalent experience/qualification
Experience
Essential: - Supervisory experience of administrative staff; - Data quality management; - Operational role experience
Desirable: - Trouble shooting EPR issues; - Knowledge of CAT patient pathways
