Patient Administrator - Endoscopy (Part Time)

3 days per week | 8am - 6pm | Flexible working across Monday to Sunday

We are looking for a Patient Administrator to join our Endoscopy team on a part-time, permanent basis at our Community Diagnostic Centre in Cornwall. This is a patient-focused role where you'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience throughout their diagnostic journey. Working closely with clinical and operational teams, you'll provide essential administrative support in a busy and rewarding healthcare environment.

  • Experience in a customer service, administration, or patient-facing role.
  • Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office and other systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service.
