We are looking for a part-timeForensic Administrator to join our team at HMP Huntercombe near Henley working 22.5 hours per week. You will work with s...
- Produce correspondence and reports as required for the MDT.
- Organising and attending meetings, preparing agendas, ensuring all appropriate arrangements have been made prior to meetings, including collation and distribution of any relevant papers, taking minutes, and ensuring their timely
- Ensure electronic diaries/System1 ledgers are efficiently maintained and coordinated for the multidisciplinary
- Receiving complex or sensitive information, and ensuring that the information is shared with clinicians in a timely manner
- Entering patient information into System1 ensuring the information is entered accurately and in a timely This includes updating demographic information, uploading correspondence, creating new referrals and endings as needed.
- To work with, and support, other forensic administrators to maintain a comprehensive and equitable administrative service. To provide cover for other administrators in times of absence.

Qualifications - Academic/Skills/Professional
Essential
- Educated to A-levels or equivalent qualification, or significant relevant experience in a relevant field
Desirable
- Formal Secretarial Training (eg RSA) or other business administration qualification
Knowledge Requirement
Essential
- Good written and verbal skills
- Working knowledge of the internet
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages including Outlook and Calendar
Desirable
- Some knowledge of Criminal Justice System and Mentally Disordered Offenders
Experience
Essential
- Experience of working in an administrative role
- Word processing experience with both audio and copy typing
- Experience of servicing meetings including minute taking
Desirable
- Previous experience working in a mental health setting
- Previous experience within an NHS/healthcare setting

- Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
