The role of a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home involves helping residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, providing companionship, and sharing moments and memories with residents. No two days are the same, and tasks may include supporting residents with meals and drinks, following care plans, and spending one-on-one time with each resident.
