You will be responsible for developing and delivering Outpatient Training to the Outpatients Referral and Communication Team (ORC), to ensure that dat...
- Deliver end to end training in relation to the Trust telephony system and any other systems which are used to communicate with patients for the purpose of Outpatient appointments.
- Provide assistance and advice with outpatient pathway processes throughout the Trust. The post holder will also work to develop online and face to face training and education modules tailored to both clinical and administrative staff

Qualifications
Essential
- Degree or equivalent
Desirable
- Formal training qualification
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Experience in delivering training or coaching
- Experience of working in a customer / patient focused environment
Desirable
- Experience in service transformation programmes
Communication Skills
Essential
- Experience developing training materials
- Ability to communicate complicated information to all team members and patients / carers
- Ability to analyse training needs and performance data
