Qualifications
Essential
- 1 year minimum of recent experience within an Anaesthetics Unit.
- Signed off as a competent ODP with the ability to manage and participate in emergency situations and assist with patient intubation.
- Able to take charge of trolley preparation and setup, including drugs, consumables etc.
- Able to reassure patients.
- Ability to work in unfamiliar work environments, using initiative and experience.
- Competent with Mallampati grading.
- Identify and escalate a deteriorating patient.
Desirable: - A plus if you have more than 1 year of experience.
