As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you will attend to the physical, psychological, and social requirements of our residents to provide the top-notch care they deserve. You'll be tasked with establishing a safe and supportive setting for residents with a variety of physical and mental needs while using your clinical expertise to make critical decisions. Your duties will span from developing personalized care plans, administering medication safely, to delivering excellence in all aspects of your job. You will have the freedom to carry out your duties as a Registered Nurse (RGN) and be appreciated for your work. Requirements include current NMC registration and knowledge of the most current clinical practices. Experience in developing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments is also necessary, as well as understanding regulatory frameworks like DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. A thoughtful, person-centered approach to nursing is essential, with a dedication to compassionate care.

As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you'll have the autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do.

ABOUT YOUYou'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Dedicated and compassionate, you'll pride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
