MYDoc - Clinical Fellow (ST3 equiv) in Spinal Cord Medicine & Rehab

The main duties of the post will include:

Provide specialist clinical care to spinal cord inpatients and outpatients

Work closely with acute spinal teams to support patient flow and continuity of care, completing spinal cord rehab ward rounds

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and goal-setting processes

Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and service improvement work

Provide advice and support to community rehabilitation services

Multidisciplinary working to support recovery and rehabilitation

Leadership opportunity providing supervision to junior doctors and medical students.

Contribution to service development, governance, and quality improvement

Contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate medical education

Act as a clinical and/or educational supervisor where appropriate

Engage in audit, quality improvement, and service evaluation

Participate in research activities where aligned with service priorities
