An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the MSK Therapies service. The post will be based at Conquest Hospital however there may be opportuni...

The role will involve the provision of administrative support to the MSK Triage Team, ensuring patient administration systems are kept up to date, booking appointments and being a first point of contact for patients via phone or email.

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual who has previous experience of working within a busy office environment, or similar.

Qualifications/Training

Essential

  • Good general level of education including Maths and English
  • Evidence of computer literacy

Desirable

  • NVQ Level 3 in Administration or proven equivalent experience

Experience

Essential

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Experience of following policies and procedures

Desirable

  • Experience of Patient Administration Systems

Skills

Essential

  • Excellent customer service, via telephone and in person
  • Good organisational/time management skills

Desirable

  • Ability to undertake work of a repetetive nature
