Mental Health Practitioner - West and Central Wight

To provide high quality care and treatment in conjunction with other professionals and work in partnership with other agencies to provide

seamless, flexible services which meet service user and carer need.

The post holder will be responsible, together with the wider team, for providing care, interventions and health promotion to people with severe mental health problems in the community

The post holder will also undertake a supervisory role in respect to multi-disciplinary junior team members and work alongside the Team Leader on clinical issues such as therapeutic approaches and care co-ordination

The post holder will also be expected to work as an autonomous practitioner, as well as taking all opportunities to become actively involved in training and teaching programmes, both within the Trust and the wider community.
